About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FIREFIGHTER in the Navy Fire and emergency Services of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY CENTER CUTLER.
What You'll Do
- →You will determine levels of staff, equipment, and other resources needed to provide departmental services and programs.
- →You will identify performance, progress, disciplinary, and training needs of crew members.
- →You will direct firefighters during structural, aircraft, and shipboard fire suppression and extinguishing.
- →You will Instruct training for members of other fire departments.
- →You will brief senior leaders or other employees on matters on firefighting actives, personnel, and equipment.
- →You will prepare reports for the supervisor concerning fire runs, training, maintenance, inspections, or other topics.
