What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Financial Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Serve as primary advisor to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for leadership and direction on all matters relating to fiscal management, including but not limited to financial systems and operations.
- →Direct and manage CFO programs and staff, provide review, oversight, direction, and control.
- →Resolve management and client inquiries and questions.
- →Perform a variety of budget analysis functions, including but not limited to formulation, presentation, enactment, or execution.
- →Determine the best approach or solution for resolving budget shortages.
- →Recommend selections for subordinate supervisory positions and for work leader, group leader, or project director positions responsible for coordinating the work of others, and similar positions.

Requirements
- ✓This position will be filled under the DOC Alternative Personnel System (CAPS).
- ✓Under CAPS, positions are classified by career, pay plan, and pay band.
- ✓The ZA-5 is equivalent to the GS-15.
- ✓Key Requirements: Applicants must be U.S.
- ✓Suitable for Federal employment, as determined by background investigation.
