You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for a number of separate but related programs that are staffed by civilian (both wage grade and general schedule) and military personnel.
- →You will be responsible for establishing technical and policy goals and set objectives to maintain and/or improve the Facilities Inspection Program at the PWDs.
- →You will oversee the multi-year effort for accurate and timely collection of inspection data in the field.
- →You will oversee the collection and analysis of metrics of the inhouse facilities sustainment program.
- →Explain the metrics and their implications to the Operations and PWD leadership.
