You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAS KEY WEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide proactive leadership and management with responsibility and accountability for the maintenance and repair of real property for the Naval Air Station and tenant commands.
- →You will implement procedures, policies, and other directives affecting subordinate employees, and maintain a working knowledge of Navy EEO, affirmative action and OSH programs.
- →You will plan work schedules according to priorities set by Emergency, Urgent, Routine, and PM program, and manage budget requirements to support the Facilities Sustainment Program.
- →You will maintain an understanding of equipment and facility requirements – including a broad and comprehensive knowledge of maintenance management, to include long- and short-range planning.
