- →Preparing project summaries, memoranda of agreements, interagency agreements, final reports, and transfer agreements to construct water, wastewater, and solid waste facilities.
- →Ensuring agreements are complete and accurate and that the proposed engineering solutions resolve the identified deficiencies following engineering technical requirements.
- →Coordinate contractual actions that are awarded under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Indian Self-Determination Regulations or by tribal procurement under a Memorandum of Agreement.
- →As a first level supervisor, manage personnel actions for Civil Service and Commissioned Corps personnel, including technical supervision and performance management/expectations.
Requirements
