You will serve as a SUPERVISORY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Ship Safety Division of the Operations Department, of PSNS and IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage the casualty preparedness program to include program management, compliance, oversight, and quality assurance.
- →You will monitor the effectiveness and coordinate overall management of complex casualty responses to include casualty control, and other major disaster exercises or responses at all PSNS and IMF locations.
- →You will coordinate, direct and make decisions on matters affecting the casualty preparedness program, including overall drill attributes, performance and coordination of personnel, equipment, and technical instructions to perform exercises.
- →You will be responsible for formalizing response policies and ensuring application of required standards and procedures, lessons learned, and to integrate casualty response into the PSNS and IMF training program.
