You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN in the Submarine Local Area Network/Communications(LAN/COMMS) Branch (273B), Submarine Programs & Systems Division (270), Chief Engineer Code (200A), Engineering Department Code (200), Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), Norfolk, Virginia of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop, modify and/or interpret performance standards.
- →You will provide advice and counsel to both the MARMC Chief Engineer and the Submarine Programs and Systems Division Director.
- →You will convey technical information to the appropriate levels of management both within and outside of MARMC.
- →You will monitor and oversee the work of MARMC subject matter expert in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- →You will establish and maintain metrics and measures that are aligned in support of command, department, division and branch initiatives and goals.
