The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over a layer of subordinate supervisors for the Electronic Combat Support Flight.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Electronic Combat Support Flight.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Electronic Combat Support Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Provides guidance for the development of EW mission data and evaluates the operational effectiveness of solutions to determine suitability for fielding.
- →Analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned programs.
