You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS INTERNAL SHOP MANAGER In the Electrical/Electronics Shop (Code 950) Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900), of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will determine total Resources requirements and allocation based on schedules and work sequence.
- →You will coordinate and modify the work plan to integrate with systems and work in other zones.
- →You will identify and resolve changing work situations which result in conflicts in work schedule due to sequence, space, mutually exclusive work, material, growth work, and other considerations.
- →You will ensure safe work practices are followed.
- →You will initiate or attend meetings concerning work status.
- →You will evaluate work performance of subordinates, as well as effect disciplinary measures when necessary.
