What You'll Do
- →Ensuring mission requirements associated with physical distribution, stock readiness, item data operations, inventory accountability/accuracy, suspended materials, discrepancy reports, and customer support are completed effectively and efficiently.
- →Analyzes the efficiency of receiving, storage, shipping, and packing procedures and system programming on customer support.
- →Determines actions required for implementation and coordinates with functional personnel.
- →Participates in problem-solving meetings and conferences.
- →Performs workload analysis, working directly with depot and management personnel in development of plans concerning workload processing.
- →Analyzes daily workload data and determines capabilities of labor and resources for Operations Support personnel.
- →May perform physical counts of material in warehouse locations.
- →Performs independent analysis, at times resolving difficult issues and problems across all physical distribution functions performed at the depot.
- →Evaluates, interprets, and monitors implementation of policy, systems, and procedural changes.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
