What You'll Do
- →Serves as Preservation, Packaging, Packing and Marking Division Chief for a Strategic Distribution Platform.
- →Plans, directs and supervises all unit warehousing activities, including bare item receiving, packaging, stowing, and issues with depot mission support controls for container manufacturing and reclamation.
- →Serves as the depot focal point for the continuous improvement of material accountability, control, and stewardship of inventory assets handled by the depot, customer support and special projects.
- →Resolves budget shortages, plans for long-range staffing and plans for and adjusts work operations of a sizable workforce to meet changing mission needs.
- →Plans, establishes, and manages division-wide operations to ensure maximum efficiency, resource utilization, and economy.
- →Orchestrates comprehensive inventory stewardship programs, driving location audits, denial and in-transit research, physical inventories, and item data integrity initiatives to guarantee audit readiness.
