What You'll Do
- →Assists with the management of all functions of the shift operations.
- →Formulates policies and makes decisions on matters impacting the branch.
- →Analyzes and interprets workload data to identify problem areas; to anticipate and plan for workload changes; and for use in decision-making presentations and discussions.
- →Exercises control over the supply and distribution of assigned resources, assuring optimum utilization of those resources and assets.
- →Reviews workload and staffing on a daily basis and distributes or redistributes assets in accordance with established policy.
- →Directs the preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enforces the consistent and continue use of those SOPs.
- →Attends and/or chairs conferences, meetings, workshops, etc. to provide input and recommend changes.
