What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Division Chief for the Operations Division at DLA Distribution Yokosuka Japan.
- →Analyzes planning and workload data, recommends priorities and distribution of resources including labor and equipment for assigned organizational areas.
- →Identifies and resolves operating problems.
- →Determines the efficiency of receiving, storage, transportation and packing procedures.
- →Evaluates the impact on changed methods and procedures on designated operational areas.
- →Performs one or more of the following duties: Performs independent analysis resolving difficult issues and problems involving the identification of receipt and evaluation work flow problems.
- →Resolves inadequacies of personnel, mechanized and materials handling equipment, physical facilities, work methods and techniques, and other operation deficiencies that prevent proper receipt, handling, and physical control of material.
