About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Provide technical, image quality, and accuracy oversight for the assessment of radiologic examinations.
- →Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →Coordinate the operations of department by maintaining appropriate staffing levels developing and monitoring performance improvement, safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- →Review all images taken on the off-shifts and provides guidance to technologists on all corrective actions taken.
- →Train, teach and demonstrate the proper use and methods associated with equipment and their associated software.
- →Receive patients and explain methods of procedures for examination.
