About the Role
This position is located at Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General, OIG, Office of Investigation. As a SUPERVISORY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR (ASSISTANT SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE), you will serve as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) and be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and managing the work of the Division and for effective and efficient use of resources consistent with OIG investigative program policy and directives.
What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the GS-14.
- →As a SUPERVISORY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR (ASSISTANT SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE), you will: Serve as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge and directly support the Director of Criminal Investigations Division and Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Investigation.
- →Be responsible for the oversight of a wide variety of high level, sensitive and complex investigations through supervision of subordinate staff until assignment completion.
- →Be responsible for assisting the Director in managing/supervising, directing, and controlling all staff assignments and for the utilization of investigation resources consistent with OIG policy and directives.
