About the Position: This position is located in Honolulu, HI at Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Mental Health. Tripler Army Medical Center is a tobacco-free workplace. What You'll Do
- →Provide guidance and performance data to the hospital commander, department leadership and/or clinic leadership regarding the overall performance of the Tripler Army Medical Center's Behavioral Health program.
- →Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy services utilizing a variety of evidence based treatment modalities.
- →Coordinate with a variety of agencies to assist with the multidisciplinary treatment of patients.
- →Supervise, mentor and evaluate assigned professional and paraprofessional employees.
- →Plan and assign work to be accomplish by subordinates.
- →Initiate or participate in the review and improvement of work methods, organizational features, and the structuring of positions.
