Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Tucson Sector, Brian A Terry Station, located in Naco, AZ. - →This position starts at a salary of $154,922.00 (GS-15, Step 1) to $197,200.00 (GS-15, Step 10).
- →As a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent (Patrol Agent in Charge), you will serve as a secondary law enforcement officer (under 5 U.S.C. 8331 (6C) and 8412 (d) and be responsible for: Overseeing all aspects of Station operations.
- →Directing station-wide intelligence and interdiction activities of critical sensitivity.
- →Identifying operational challenges and devising solutions to ensure compliance with enforcement and operational practices.
- →Participating with other Border Patrol program officials regarding relevant laws and regulations and maintains a cooperative relationship with CBP and DHS agencies, Developing and implementing Station policies and guidelines within the framework of broad program objectives established at the Headquarters and Sector levels.
