You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the IN-SERVICE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage and supervise in a complex/dynamic team environment and personnel of varying disciplines and grade levels.
- →You will supervise, mentor, evaluate and counsel government employees assigned to the Branch.
- →You will plan, define requirement, implement and evaluate performance of contractor services to accomplish assigned workload.
- →You will liaison with sponsors, customers and end users to assure products and services meet Fleet readiness requirements and assure they remain current and relevant.
- →You will utilize effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to conduct briefings for senior staff and flag officers, senior government and contractor representatives.
- →You will provide technical direction to government and contractor personnel in the execution of all assigned tasking.
