You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the NAVY CONTINUOUS TRAINING ENVIRONMENT (NCTE) DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the RS20T Deputy Operations Manager/Pacific NCTE Operations Branch head, providing senior-level leadership, oversight, and direction for the delivery of NCTE capability across six major Fleet training lines of effort.
- →You will contribute to the development of long-range strategic plans that align NCTE capabilities, technology investments, and operational support with Fleet warfighting readiness objectives.
- →You will provide continuous global oversight of training operations, including the ability to make time-critical resourcing decisions in response to emergent Force Generation requirements.
- →You will ensure the execution of day-to-day branch operations, the delivery of high-quality products and services, and adherence to cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
- →You will oversee the budget, government and contractor staffing at multiple locations, and manage customer relationships and program execution.
- →You will oversee the integrated training environments including live, virtual, and constructive systems to adapt critical network architecture and training infrastructure for complex, real-time certification exercises.
