What You'll Do
- →Ensures efficient utilization and professional development of employees.
- →Develops the team/organizational unit work plan, prioritizes workload, and makes assignments considering difficulty and complexity of work and employees' capabilities and level of training and preparation.
- →Assists the employee in developing performance standards and major performance objectives; works with the employee in the development of their individual development plan; appraises the performance of each team member.
- →Serves as an accounting expert and working supervisor in the Directorate.
- →Adapts, revises, and evaluates DoD and department level accounting procedures, reports, and operation within a major financial management system.
