You will serve as a Supv IT Specialist (PLCYPLN/INFOSEC) in the Information Management and Technology (IMT) Department of SUBMEPP ACTIVITY.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for establishing and monitoring SUPMEPP Cybersecurity (CS) policies and procedures in accordance with public las and contained within DoD and DoN instructions and directives.
- →You will serve as the Command Point of Contact for all Cybersecurity matters and routinely coordinates and corresponds with other Naval Activities including NAVSEA, Naval Reactors, and the Naval Network Warfare Command.
- →You will establish and maintain all SUBMEPP Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- →You will be responsible for establishing Navy wide Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures.
- →You will ensure projects and budgets reflect annual resources needed to support SUBMEPP's CS program.
- →You will lead and direct the Cyberspace Information Technology (Cyber IT) and Cybersecurity (CS) Workforce (Cyber IT/CSWF) program at SUBMEPP.
- →You will coordinate SUBMEPP responses and actions related to computer security incidents.
- →You will lead team of System Administrators to ensure that all identified actions related to specified vulnerabilities are addressed and appropriately reported.
