The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as advisor and focal point for all financial aspects of the Supply Management Activity Group (SMAG) Operating Program and the 49th Logistics Readiness Squadron Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the lead financial expert for the Logistics Readiness Squadron's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) budget.
- →Base Level Stock Fund Management.
- →Serves as the Base Stock Fund Manager, exercising primary oversight of the installation's stock fund, which finances the base's supply and equipment.
- →Acts as liaison between supply, budget officers, DFAS and supported organizations.
- →Performs as approving/billing Official for all Logistic Readiness Squadron government purchase cardholders.
- →Prepares recurring and special reports.
- →Compiles statistics and enters data in multiple databases.
- →Provides Data Systems Support.
- →Performs quality checks of automated system database information and resolves any problems.
