What You'll Do

  • This job contributes to Starbucks success by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners.
  • Responsible for the economic and efficient operation of the club which includes food and beverages.
  • The store manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store.
  • In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store¿s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.
  • Plans, organizes work and manages internal resources to ensure maximum productivity and economies.
  • Prepares financial plan, budgets, inventories, cost controls, and related records and reports.
  • Trains, schedules work, appraises performance, counsels assigned personnel, and recommends personnel actions.
  • Effectively supports the Marine Corps Equal Employment Opportunity policy, and ensures compliance with fire, safety, security, sanitation, and other environmental issues.
  • Maintains and enforces security for MCCS funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and property to preclude or minimize the potential for fraud, waste, and abuse.
  • Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
  • Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
  • Takes action to solve problems quickly.
  • Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and standards.
