This position provides dedicated administrative support to the VISN 7 Deputy Network Director. The incumbent performs secretarial duties in support of the Deputy Network Director and ensures smooth operation of his/her day-to-day office, meeting and travel function. The incumbent also provides limited backup support to the VISN 7 staff in the absence of the Network Secretaries.
What You'll Do
- →This position provides dedicated administrative support to the VISN 7 Executive Leadership Team.
- →The incumbent performs secretarial duties in support of the designated Executive Leadership Team member(s) and ensures smooth operation of his/her day-to-day office, meeting and travel functions.
- →Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
- →Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (subject to change based on agency needs) Telework: This position may be authorized for ad-hoc telework.
- →Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
