This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Miami Division. The Recent Graduates Program offers dynamic, 1 to 2-year opportunities that give early career talent the chance to support key administrative and operational support functions through focused technical work. Selectees will learn and contribute to essential administrative and operational support functions, ensure process accuracy, and apply their organizational skills in a mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- →The Pathways Recent Graduates Program is designed to provide graduates the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the field of administrative assistance through a robust training program.
- →The program will provide entry-level career development training for participants to learn and apply administrative support principles.
- →Prepares and completes all foreign and domestic official travel for the SAC.
- →Coordinates Field Division level meetings, conferences, inspections, and special events, including agenda preparation, logistics, and post-meeting documentation.
- →Develops internal operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency with the division's administrative and office procedures, organizes and facilitates the workflow and prioritization of highly visible special projects.
- →Assists with developing, maintaining, and keeping current a variety of files and records that are involved in the operations of the office, which may also include the maintenance and access to a computerized database of key documents.

- ✓Completed all requirements for a diploma, associate, bachelor, master, professional, doctorate, vocational, or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution or career or technical education program (including registered Apprenticeship Programs, Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, Job Corps, Climate Corps) within the previous two years; OR B.
- ✓You must submit an academic transcript from your academic institution showing the date that you most recently completed the academic requirements described above.
- ✓Pass/Fail Courses: If more than 10 percent of your undergraduate course work (credit hours) were taken on a pass/fail basis, your claim of superior academic achievement must be based upon class standing or membership in an honor society.
