What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.
- →If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.
- →Oversees assigned BOD program area projects assigned by the supervisor.
- →Performs special studies and research projects or assignments, which require application of expertise and mature judgment.
- →Acts as point of contact for the assigned program office responding to internal and external requests for assistance in a minimum amount of time.
- →Tracks training requirements.
- →Orders, prints and ships training materials and employee certificates within established guidelines.
- →Maintains files and/or records containing confidential employee/labor relations materials; has advance noticeof personnel actions and access to management recommendations on contract negotiations; and/or attends regularly scheduled management meetings on labor relations problems, grievance responses and answers to unfair labor practices.

Requirements
- ✓Probationary Period - A person who is required to go through a probationary period and then is transferred, promoted, demoted, or reassigned before he or she completes such period is required to complete the remainder of the probationary period in the new position.
