This position is located in the DEA, Operational Support Division, Aviation Division. This position(s) primary purpose is to serve as the personal assistant in a confidential capacity working closely with the Special Agent in Charge (SAC). The incumbent provides administrative support to the SAC and the Front Office staff.
What You'll Do
- →As a your typical work assignments may include: Screens and evaluates incoming materials to identify issues requiring executive decision, ensures leadership receives complete and accurate information packages, and minimizes the need for rework or follow-up clarification.
- →Provides comprehensive staff-level administrative and executive support to the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) in a confidential capacity, serving as a primary coordinator for Front Office operations.
- →Manages executive correspondence and communications processes by controlling the receipt, coordination, review, and disposition of materials submitted for SAC awareness, approval, or signature.
- →Provides administrative program support that integrates personnel administration, operational readiness tracking, and internal process improvement in support of Aviation Division leadership.
