About the Position: Serves as the District Commander's executive advisor, managing staff actions, executive operations, and administrative support. This is a developmental position, GS-11, GS-12. Management may hire at any grade level.
What You'll Do
- →Provides executive administrative support and serves as a principal advisor to the District Commander.
- →Manages and coordinates executive staff actions, correspondence, and leadership taskings from initiation to completion.
- →Reviews and ensures all executive documents and briefings meet organizational standards before leadership approval.
- →Oversees Executive Office operations, including policy implementation, conference coordination, and budget management.
- →Supports district-wide events, senior leader engagements, and special mission support initiatives.
