About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Pediatric Subspecialty Clinic in Honolulu, Hawaii. What You'll Do
- →Treat patients with mild to severe and complex impairments of communication.
- →Develop individualized plans of care tailored to each patient's needs.
- →Perform a full range of diagnostic tests to evaluate communication and swallowing functions.
- →Diagnose deficits of speech, language and cognition through the selective use of specialized test instruments.
- →Provide counseling and education to patients and their family.
- →Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapist and physical therapist.
