You will serve as a SPECIAL VENTURE ACQUISITION DIVISION DIRECTOR in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC OSF.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee administration of contracts to ensure work is completed in accordance with specifications.
- →You will review contracts to determine the effect of each action on particular facets of the contract (e.g., cost or price, delivery, performance).
- →You will direct programs in support of family housing actions (policies, procedures and legislative actions) to ensure the accomplishment of established goals and objectives You will manage the planning process of special projects and military construction (MILCON) projects to ensure best use of resources in addressing housing and facility sustainment issues.
- →You will prepare required acquisition documents, analysis, formulation, presentation and execution of contracts.
