About the Position - This position is located at Dunham Health Clinic at Carlisle Barracks, providing clinical social work services to ensure high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Collect bio-psycho-social information about patients.
- →Conduct individual and group clinical counseling.
- →Provide case management services to effectively manage patients enrolled in outpatient programs.
- →Perform a variety of quality management/quality assurance duties.
- →Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis.
- →Work closely with multi-disciplinary treatment staff to synchronize efforts of care.
- →Provide concise documentation of care and recommendations.
- →Evaluate results of counseling methods to determine the effectiveness of treatment used.
