What You'll Do
- →Screen, interview and perform bio-psychosocial evaluations on behavioral health patients.
- →Provide targeted assessments and evaluations to include diagnostic impressions.
- →Formulate behavioral health interventions and assist with implementation and monitoring of treatment plans.
- →Provide on-going consultation services for patients who require on-going monitoring and follow-up where appropriate.
- →Provide concise and timely documentation of care and recommendations in patient's medical record.
