This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Positions Designated as DoD Sexual Assault Program Workforce Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a senior-level SHARP Program Manager for the U.S. Army in Wiesbaden, Germany, acting as the principal advisor on all matters related to the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) program.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the principal SHARP advisor to command leadership on sexual harassment and sexual assault prevention, response, and program management.
- →Develops, implements, and evaluates command-wide SHARP policies, procedures, training, and prevention initiatives.
- →Conducts inspections, surveys, and trend analysis to assess SHARP program effectiveness and compliance across subordinate organizations.
- →Coordinates sexual assault response activities and collaborates with military, medical, legal, investigative, and community stakeholders.
- →Advises commanders on SHARP-related incidents, investigations, victim advocacy, and corrective actions.
- →Oversees SHARP prevention and education programs, including training compliance and credentialing requirements.
- →Prepares reports, briefings, assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership regarding SHARP program operations and trends.
- →Supervises SHARP personnel, assigns work, evaluates performance, and identifies training and development needs.
