About the Role
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. What You'll Do
- →You will provide sexual assault victim advocacy and a non-clinical response to include accepting Restricted and Unrestricted Reports of sexual assault, providing referrals, and informing victims of their options.
- →You will provide risk screening, ongoing safety assessments and planning, and needs assessments for adult victims of sexual assault.
- →You will implement mandatory standardized risk screening protocols to address immediate risk and safety concerns and apply strategies to develop tailored interventions that address the needs of individual victims.
- →You will uphold the rights and confidentiality preferences of victims, support victims when contacting appropriate offices, and ensure victims receive information and support during administrative, medical, investigative, and legal procedures.
- →You will provide assistance to victims in securing medical treatment for physical and psychological injuries; safe shelter; protective orders; support before, during, and after trials; and any other services identified and requested by the victim.
Requirements
- ✓The following education may be substituted for specialized experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree; OR a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
- ✓You MUST submit a copy of your transcripts.
- ✓Failure to do so will result in an ineligible rating.
