About the Role
The HUD-VASH program, a partnership between the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Depart of Veterans Affairs, is a clinical case management program for chronically homeless Veterans aimed at providing psychosocial services to Veterans who acquire permanent housing through HUD's Section 8 voucher system. Functions as a Case Manager for the HUD/VASH Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) Program located at various sites within the SF VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS) catchment area.
What You'll Do
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm or as determined by the hiring supervisor Driver License Requirement: This position is required to travel up to 76%.
- →A Current and Valid CA Driver License with good standing is required.

Requirements

- ✓Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).
- ✓Note: Only education or degrees recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education from accredited colleges, universities, schools, or institutions may be used to qualify for Federal employment.
