What You'll Do
- →Develops and implements IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring effective execution across specialized IT domains.
- →Leads diverse IT teams, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and excellence in specialized areas such as UX, product development, software development, business partners, quality assurance, COTS development and vendor management.
- →Champions the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and improve service delivery and product development.
- →Builds and maintains strong relationships with business partners, customers, and vendors, ensuring IT strategies and projects align with stakeholder needs and expectations.
- →Oversees the operational aspects of the IT department, ensuring efficient resource allocation, process optimization, and delivery of high-quality IT services and products.
- →Manages budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contribute to the financial objectives of the organization.
- →Other duties, as assigned.
