About the Position: The incumbent works under the general direction of the HQDA Chief of Staff Army, Army Special Programs Directorate, Washington, D.C.
What You'll Do
- →Research, develops, prepares, publishes, and/or interprets Army Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Activities (SA) related contracting policies and procedures.
- →Provide Army Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Activities (SA) Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) guidance to developers, Program Managers, and Contracting Officers regarding National Interest Determinations (NID).
- →Participate in the execution of budget-related recurring oversight processes of Army sensitive activities to include budget execution review, the Annual SAP Report to Congress, and Integrated Program Budget Review.
