About the Position: In this position you will serve as the Physical Security Program Manager for the Defense Health Agency located at Falls Church, Virginia. You will develop enterprise-wide physical security policy, strategic plans and standards across medical centers and facilities. A relocation incentive might be authorized. Leave accrual negotiation might be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Develops long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones to evaluate the effectiveness of the physical security program.
- →Directs and manages the installation physical security and electronic security systems.
- →Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in advising agency leadership on security matters.
- →Presents and defends organizational security positions at executive meetings and working groups.
- →Leads Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) and compliance evaluations across multi-site facilities.
- →Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates physical security program compliance against federal standards.
