This position is part of the Department of Defense (DoD), Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The incumbent will be responsible for:Assisting in the development of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) directives, guidance, and procedures within MDA.
What You'll Do
- →This position is being filled under AcqDemo Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for non-acquisition positions involving 51% or more of time in direct support of acquisition positions within Business and Technical Management Professional Career path.
- →As a Security Assistance Program Specialist at the NH-0301-3 broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Assists in the development of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) directives, guidance, and procedures within MDA.
- →Supports the Security Assistance Enterprise (SAE) Continuous Process Improvement Board (CPIB) FMS reform efforts.
- →Coordinates efforts to ensure Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) compliance with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) policies and internal MDA implementation guidance.
- →Assists in resolution of conflicts between Partner Nation requests and USG policies, procedures, and capabilities.
- →Serves as technical advisor for Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
