About the Role
You will serve as a SECRETARY in the Executive Office of COMAEWINGPAC.
What You'll Do
- →You will respond to routine and non-technical requests for information such as status of reports, duty status of engineers and technicians, suspense date for matters requiring compliance, and similar information readily available from the files .
- →You will maintain control logs on incoming/outgoing correspondence, action documents, and follow up on work in process to ensure timely reply or action.
- →You will answer non-technical queries or provide information about the responsibility of the organization to internal or external personnel.
- →You will complete travel arrangements and prepare/process travel vouchers utilizing Defense Travel System.
- →You will schedule transportation and lodging reservations when requested and assist travelers with submitting travel claims upon their return .
- →You will develop and prepare technical reports pertaining to weapons/ordnance related items.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of one full year of graduate education that is directly related to the work of the position.
