About the Role
About the Position: Ramstein Intermediate School is part of Ramstein Community Schools in Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Europe Central District. Ramstein IS serves students in grades 3-5. The Department of War Education Activity (DoDEA) is transitioning to the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA). Federal employees in Ramstein, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. (This is subject to change)
What You'll Do
- →Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- →Receive calls and visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- →Establish and manage all records and files.
- →Make travel arrangements for the school staff.
- →Coordinate substitute teacher assignments.
- →Prepare a variety of administrative and clerical duties unique to the school environment.
- →Maintain and control the calendar and schedule appointments for the Principal and Assistant Principal.
- →Maintain time and attendance records to ensure timely submissions to payroll.
- →Compile information for a variety of one-time and recurring administrative and/or technical reports.
