About the Role
About the Position: DoWEA Americas Mid-Atlantic District operates 26 schools in 2 countries, 3 states, and one territory across 3 time zones. There are nearly 900,000 military connected children of all ages worldwide, of which more than 10,000 are enrolled in DoWEA Americas Mid-Atlantic District schools. The Camp Lejeune Schools are part of the DoWEA Americas Mid-Atlantic District. We have a total of 7 schools to serve students living on post in PK through grade 12.
What You'll Do
- →Receive calls and visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- →Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- →Maintain and control the calendar and schedule appointments for the Principal and Assistant Principal.
- →Make travel arrangements for the school staff.
- →Establish and manage records and files.
- →Maintain time and attendance records to ensure timely submissions to payroll.
- →Compiles information for a variety of one-time and recurring administrative and/or technical reports.
- →Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties unique to the school.
