About the Role
About the Position: This position is with the Army Sustainment Command at Tooele Army Depot. The Secretary (OA) supports the director by managing calendars, coordinating communications, and overseeing daily office operations. The incumbent reviews and prepares administrative correspondence and maintains essential records, including timekeeping, attendance, and personnel tracking.
What You'll Do
- →Screen phone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence; handle routine inquiries and route actions appropriately.
- →Manage the director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and brief the director on meeting topics.
- →Review, prepare, and track correspondence to ensure accuracy, proper format, and timely completion of suspense items.
- →Coordinate and disseminate information across the directorate; provide procedural guidance to staff.
- →Maintain office records and files; manage records in accordance with Modern Army Record-keeping System.
- →Arrange and process CONUS/OCONUS travel, including approvals, itineraries, reservations, briefings, and travel vouchers.
- →Provide administrative support for visitors and coordinate meetings, tours, and briefing materials.
- →Input and validate time and attendance in ATAAPS and ensure accurate daily personnel accountability reporting in Command Personnel Accountability and Visibility Reporting System.
