About the Role
You will serve as a Secretary (OA) in the Tactical Electronic Warfare, Code 572000 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide daily supervision and work assignments to Branch admin personnel.
- →You will ensure that the Branch office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- →You will compose drafts for inquiries, follow-up letters, memos, and Branch correspondence for Branch Head approval.
- →You will finalize draft correspondence prepared by Branch personnel to ensure it is grammatically correct; free from errors; in proper format; and in conformance with procedural instructions and other applicable guidelines You will receive telephone messages and directs callers to appropriate Branch personnel and/or Branch Head based upon knowledge of Branch programs.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school; or A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
