The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Headquarters, AFRC Manpower, Personnel and Services Directorate Resource Advisor for the Operating & Maintenance (O&M) and Reserve Personnel Appropriation (RPA) funds.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the HQ AFRC Manpower, Personnel and Services Directorate authority for all operational budget formulation procedures/processes in participation with functional staff to determine current and out year program requirements for all categories of funding.
- →Serves as the A1 Forces Support Panel Representative in performing work for planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of resources for existing and potential future missions.
- →Performs special and recurring assignments relating to resource programs.
- →Reviews and validates generated funds management reports and related correspondence.
- →Unit Security Assistant Responsibilities.
- →Develops and implements procedures to track program status and maintain personnel security program.
- →Identifies and response to trends of security program and keeps it operating at or above satisfactory levels.
- →Performs other duties as assigned such as participating on teams to study improvements to work processes, accomplishing internal or self-inspections, reviewing new or proposed regulations to identify changes and impact to work function, and others.
