What You'll Do
- →Serves as a senior strategic generalist and executes responsibility for the operations of a designated portfolio of subordinate distribution centers.
- →Directs operations across multiple distribution centers enable critical modernization efforts, monitor resource allocations, and support the development of overarching process and procedural changes.
- →Exercises administrative and technical supervision across multiple installations, establishing long-range performance objectives, aligning workforce capabilities with mission demands.
- →Ensures optimized usage of facilities, data, operating systems, and advanced technology.
- →Develops and enforces rigorous performance metrics, leveraging data analytics to identify systemic bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement
