What You'll Do

  • The Regional Marine Corps Total Fitness (MCTF) Integrator serves within Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) and reports to the MCCS Regional leadership, and is responsible for building the network, culture, and liaison structures necessary to advance the execution of all prevention efforts and activities outlined by the Installation and Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Commands.
  • These activities include, but are not limited to, providing training, counseling, and education through the Family Advocacy, Substance Abuse, Financial Management, and Warrior Athletic Readiness programs.
  • This position is the primary liaison between MCCS and supported Embedded Preventive Integrated Capability (EPIC) staff, unit Commanders, and senior enlisted leaders with the goal of ensuring all planned prevention activities are effectively resourced.
  • This position is responsible for the development of an MCCS Regional MCTF Support Plan which clearly articulates the MCCS Support plans and priorities that will support prevention efforts across the geographic region.
  • This position serves as the principal advisor to the MCCS Assistant Chief of Staff (AC/S) and Deputy AC/S on all integrated prevention support efforts across the region, providing informed recommendations on the capabilities required to maximize the impact of MCCS programs and services.
  • Coordinates regularly with HQMC (MF/MR), installation-level Marine and Family Programs, WARR-SF, EPIC Staff, and other MCCS capabilities to synchronize programs, services, and support across a geographically dispersed region.
  • Leads MCCS planning and integration efforts across multiple installations to ensure MCCS support to unit commanders and is responsible for supporting new initiatives and programs directed by MCCS and HQMC level guidance.
  • Coordinates with installation MCTF Integrators to review installation MCTF Support Plans, identify regional trends, capability gaps, and resource requirements, and incorporate those findings into a comprehensive Regional MCTF Support Plan that supports MEF and Installation priorities.
  • Performs formal and informal briefings to command representatives, HQMC representatives, community leaders, and partner organizations to communicate available Marine Corps Community Services programs, resources, and support capabilities.
  • Foster awareness of services that enhance mission readiness and quality of life while promoting MCCS goals through efficient service delivery, exceptional customer support, and strong collaboration with supported units.
  • This position develops, maintains, and executes Regional MCTF Support Plan, that integrates and aligns resources, programs, and capabilities across the region to meet command requirements and regional initiatives.
  • Oversees implementation and programmatic execution through effective coordination, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring, ensuring efforts remain synchronized.
  • Exercises sound judgment and initiative in carrying out established responsibilities.
  • Works independently with guidance on goals and objectives, to ensure program effectiveness.
