About the Position: This position is with Reynolds Army Health Clinic located at Fort Sill, OK. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available to candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Maintain suspense systems for network deferred referrals to ensure timely administrative closure.
- →Collaborate with providers, specialty clinics, and patients to obtain referral results or assist with care completion.
- →Tracks and verifies completion of all military treatment facility and network deferred referrals.
- →Maintain referral documentation and contact databases; prepares routine reports for leadership review.
- →Contacts patients and providers to obtain missing results or assist with care coordination.
