About the Role
This position is located at Fort Sill Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Aquatics. This is a Regular Part Time position (20hours) with eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. What You'll Do
- →Performs lifeguarding duties and limited management functions by directing the operation of the pool and the work of assigned lifeguards.
- →Ensures the safe operation of the pool, it's filtration system, water balance, pool chemistry and performs water test.
- →Ensures that safety rules are followed and is responsible for teaching aquatic swimming and water survival training.
- →Keeps accurate records and adequate supplies.
