About the Role
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Base Pool. This position is a FLEX position and is not guaranteed hours, may work 0 - 40 hours a week. May be required to work evenings, weekends or holidays. Applications will be reviewed every 2 weeks until close of this announcement.
What You'll Do
- →Observes swimming area to ensure safety of patrons.
- →Ensures the swimming area is open to patrons at scheduled times and only authorized persons are admitted to the area.
- →Rescues swimmers in trouble, promptly administers first aid, and calls for medical assistance if and when needed.
- →Warns swimmers of unsafe environmental or health conditions, and recommends closing swimming areas until safe conditions prevail.
- →May perform other related or incidental duties as assigned for the daily operation of the swimming area to include: cleaning of bath houses, wading pools, main pools, pool decks.

Requirements
